MEETINGS AND SPECIAL EVENTS

Meeting of the Board of Directors
Meetings of the club executive are held on the second Tuesday of each month in the track and field season. They are held in the upstairs lounge at the Oak Bay Rec Centre starting at 6:30 pm.

Coaches Meetings
Meetings of the club coaches and the club executive are held as required throughout the competitive season.

VIAA Meetings
The member clubs of the VIAA meet twice yearly at the clubhouse located at the Nanaimo Track facility located beside Nanaimo and District Secondary School on Wakesiah Avenue in Nanaimo.

Annual General Meeting and Awards Night
VTFC holds its Annual General Meeting and Club Awards Night in January of each year.
 
VTFC Board of Directors' Meeting: 
Tuesday, *** at 6:00 pm at Oak Bay Rec Centre. 
 
VIAA TRACK AND FIELD SERIES MEETING:  
Sunday, September 12, 2010 at 12:00 noon in the upper Meeting Room in the Nanaimo Clubhouse.
