TRAINING SCHEDULES

Track practices will be held in conjunction with Pacific Athletics on Tuesdays and Thursday from 6pm – 7:30pm at UVic Centennial Stadium.

Additional throws practices are Saturdays from 10:30-noon at Oak Bay track.

CROSS COUNTRY AND WINTER CONDITIONING  *Not offered at this time.

 From September to March our club athletes move to cross country training and winter conditioning for those athletes not involved in school sports.

Sessions are held at various times and days based on training conditions.

At this time, we do not have a coach for this program so it is suspended until the fall of 2013.

POLE VAULT PROGRAM

 Pole Vault Outdoor Season: April to October

Outdoor pole vault training is held at Centennial Stadium at the University of Victoria during the spring and summer months. Days and times will vary from week to week based on the weather conditions and the events going on in the stadium.

Please note that the date for moving outdoors is based on weather conditions.

 

Pole Vault Indoor Season: November to April

Pole vault practices are held weekly in the small gymnasium at Oak Bay Secondary School. Entrance is off of the school parking lot beside the Oak Bay Recreation Centre parking lot.

Track conditioning for the pole vault group is on the weekend [days and times vary based on the group and the weather] at the track behind Oak Bay Secondary School.
